Process:

In the bowl of the mixer place the mix with the egg and beat on low speed for 2 minutes.

Then add the rest of the wet ingredients and continue beating for 5 minutes at medium speed.

Place on a previously greased tray and cover the entire surface of the tray.

Bake at 185C for 6 minutes or until completely cooked

Process

Hydrate the gelatin with 5 times its weight in water and melt it without boiling.

In a bowl place the whipping cream and beat until it forms soft peaks.

Envelope add the strawberry jelly and gelatin.

You should have the mold ready.

Process

Hydrate the gelatin with 5 times its weight in water and melt it without boiling.

In a pot, place the sugar with the water and the glucose, until it is completely dissolved, then the fruit puree must be added, followed by the hydrated gelatin.
