INGREDIENTS
Process:
In the bowl of the mixer place the premix with the egg and beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
Then add the rest of the wet ingredients and continue beating for 5 minutes at medium speed.
Place on a previously greased tray and cover the entire surface of the tray.
Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until completely cooked.

Mascarpone cheese
Melted white chocolate
Confectioners Sugar 10X

Process:
In the bowl of the mixer, place the whipping cream until it forms soft peaks.
Add the mascarpone with the white chocolate and the confectioners sugar little by little.
When you have a homogeneous mixture, stop beating.
