Process:
Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch and cut two circles about 8 inches in diameter.
Place the filling in the center of one of the circles and paint the edges with egg so that the top layer will stick.
Place the second circle on top to make a kind of pie.
Seal the edges well and give it a flower shape.
Bake at temperature 1 for 5 minutes to give the dough volume and then lower the temperature to temperature 2 and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
